To evaluate everyone's performance, there have been two questionnaires done, and a monthly reporting process has been started. A specific action plan will be created to address the current situation after the outcomes of the last three elections in each constituency are analyzed. Chandrababu announced the creation of special committees made up of roughly 10 people to support this process. These committees will serve as the back-office staff for each constituency.
