Hyderabad: Himanshu, the grandson of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao adopted a government primary school in Sherilingampalli of Rangareddy district, and transformed it on the lines of a corporate school by spending nearly one crore rupees. With the funds provided by Himanshu, the school now has new benches for the students, a playground, construction of separate toilets for boys and girls, and a dining area has been established, informed the school principal. The school principal also mentioned that the modernized school will be inaugurated by Himanshu on his birthday, along with Education Minister Sabita Indra Reddy and local MPs and MLAs. He further added that the students will celebrate Himanshu's birthday by cutting a cake.
