As part of his announcement, he requested volunteers to leave the plane, promising monetary compensation from the airline for their inconvenience. Initially, the pilot attempted to detail the technical aspects behind the aircraft's inability to achieve lift-off due to the excessive weight. Subsequently, he revealed the airline's compensatory offer to incentivize volunteers.
