Tirupati: After a tense two-day search operation, authorities have successfully captured the leopard responsible for attacking a five-year-old boy on the path of Tirumala. On Thursday night, a leopard had attacked a boy, dragging him into the forest, but the boy was rescued by security officials and local vendors. Subsequently, the leopard had disappeared into the forest. However, within a day, diligent efforts by the authorities led to the successful capture of the leopard. Authorities strategically placed two baited traps to catch the leopard. Additionally, as a precautionary measure, 150 CCTV cameras were installed across various areas.
