These houses have been meticulously constructed to provide comfortable homes for 15,660 families, spread across approximately 142 acres of land. With 117 blocks encompassing the area, this gated community proudly stands as the largest and most prestigious complex of its kind, with a noteworthy investment of Rs 1,489 crore. It holds the esteemed title of Asia's largest social housing complex, featuring apartment buildings ranging from G+9 to G+10 floors. The double-bedroom houses offer a thoughtful layout, comprising a hall, a child bedroom, a master bedroom with an attached western-style washroom, a kitchen with 24-hour water supply, and a convenient Indian-style common washroom.
