Spanning 117 blocks, this gated community proudly holds the distinction of being the largest and most prestigious complex of its kind, with a remarkable investment of Rs 1,489 crore. It has also earned the esteemed title of Asia's largest social housing complex, featuring apartment buildings ranging from G+9 to G+10 floors. The double-bedroom houses boast a well-planned layout, consisting of a spacious hall, a child bedroom, a master bedroom with an attached modern-style bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a 24-hour water supply, and a convenient common bathroom designed in the Indian style.
