Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay delivered a strong response to Home Minister Mahmood Ali's controversial comments on women's dressing sense. Speaking to the media, Bandi Sanjay criticized the Home Minister for failing to address issues such as kidnappings, rapes, atrocities, terrorism, and land encroachments by BRS leaders, while choosing to focus on women's clothing choices. Bandi Sanjay further asserted that women are fully capable of deciding how to dress and advised the Home Minister to remember his role as a Home Minister. He accused the Home Minister of insulting women in the state and questioned his whereabouts when Hindu women had their bindis, bangles, and mangalsutras forcibly removed. It should be noted that Mahmood Ali made these controversial remarks while addressing a hijab controversy in a college in Hyderabad.
