Sukesh Chandrashekhar, currently incarcerated at Mandoli jail on charges of alleged extortion from politicians, celebrities, and businessmen, has penned a letter to Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, expressing his desire to contribute Rs 10 crore as a donation to the victims of the Odisha train tragedy.
