In a moving plea for assistance, eight-year-old Sai Keerthana approached the Adoni Second Police Station in the Kurnool district, lodging a complaint against her father, Lakshmana. According to Keerthana, her father routinely returns home under the influence of alcohol and physically assaults her mother, Jayalakshmi. Keerthana courageously detailed the recurring domestic distress to Sub Inspector Ravichandran, earnestly appealing to the local law enforcement to intervene and protect her mother. In response to her urgent plea, the SI immediately dispatched two constables to accompany the young girl to her home. Upon arriving at Keerthana's residence, the officers found that Lakshmana had already vacated the premises. The constables, recognizing the volatile nature of the situation, provided Jayalakshmi and Keerthana with their contact information. They instructed the mother-daughter duo to call them without hesitation when Lakshmana return home and exhibit aggressive behavior.
