Nizamabad: A somewhat awkward and apprehensive scene unfolded at a private function in Nizamabad on Wednesday, as state BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar and BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha unexpectedly encountered each other. This encounter left leaders from both parties feeling a bit uneasy. According to sources, the event was a housewarming ceremony organized by Baswapuram Laxminarsaiah, the BJP Nizamabad district president, at BLN Gardens in Madhavanagar. As Bandi Sanjay extended his greetings to the host family, Kavitha coincidentally entered the residence at the same time. Spotting each other, Bandi and Kavitha exchanged pleasantries. Additionally, Kavitha seized the moment to introduce BRS Nizamabad urban MLA Bigala Ganesh Gupta and Zilla Parishad chairman Dadannagari Vittal Rao to Bandi Sanjay. After a brief encounter, both leaders left the residence. Sources mentioned that Laxminarsaiah had previously paid a visit to Kavitha's residence in Hyderabad to invite her to the house-warming ceremony.
