In honor of the 100th birth anniversary of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder, N T Rama Rao, the party has planned a series of year-long events, culminating in a grand centenary celebration in Secunderabad. As part of these festivities, TDP MLA and senior actor Balakrishna took part in a special event, paying tribute to his father and former Chief Minister N T Rama Rao. During the event, Balakrishna brandished a specially crafted sword, waving it in the air as a symbolic gesture of honor and respect for his late father.
