Hyderabad: Erra Gangireddy, the prime accused in the YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case, surrendered in the CBI court today after the High Court cancelled his default bail. The CBI had earlier approached the High Court to cancel Gangireddy's bail, arguing that he played a central role in Viveka's murder and he will influence the witnesses in the case. The High Court agreed with the CBI's arguments and cancelled Gangireddy's bail until June 30th, directing the CBI to complete its investigation against him within two months. Gangireddy, who had been out on default bail, surrendered in the CBI court after the cancellation of his bail.
