Minister for Finance and Health T. Harish Rao criticized Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, accusing her of hindering the development of Telangana. In a conversation with the media on Thursday, Harish Rao stated that the Governor had kept nine bills pending for seven months, and some of them were only returned after the state government approached the Supreme Court. Harish Rao questioned what the Governor had achieved by rejecting these bills, other than halting the state's progress.
