Former minister Perni Nani has made interesting comments about another former minister, Kodali Nani, while countering criticisms from opposition leaders. Speaking at the inauguration of the Gudivada bus depot, Perni Nani dismissed rumors that Kodali Nani is uneducated, saying that despite his outward appearance - including a beard and Rudraksha beads - he is actually a highly intelligent politician. In fact, Perni Nani went on to claim that Kodali Nani is one of the sharpest politicians he has ever seen in Andhra Pradesh. He expressed confidence that Kodali Nani will win the MLA post for the fifth time in the upcoming Assembly election. "The two opposition leaders are competing to defeat Kodali Nani, but he has already drawn up a sketch to defeat both of them," Perni Nani said, adding a touch of humor to his remarks.
