South Indian superstar Rajinikanth made his way to Vijayawada to participate in the centenary celebrations of the late NTR. The actor was given a warm welcome by Nandamuri Balakrishna at Gannavaram airport upon his arrival. Later in the evening, Rajinikanth will be hosted by TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu at his residence in Undavalli. This is not the first time the superstar has visited Vijayawada, as he had previously been to the city during the Krishna River Pushkarala in 2004. The NTR Centenary Celebrations are scheduled to be held at Poranki Anumolu Gardens this evening. The event will be attended by family members of Chandrababu, Balakrishna, Rajinikanth, and NTR, among others. As part of the celebrations, two books containing NTR's speeches in the assembly and speeches made on various platforms to sensitize the people will be released.
