Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar has claimed that the AP Bifurcation Act bill was not passed in the Parliament and has even penned a book on the developments that took place in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Undavalli approached former CM Chandrababu Naidu with the book and asked him to file an affidavit in the Supreme Court, but his request was not fulfilled. Undavalli recently held a press meet where he urged current Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Reddy to consider filing a petition based on the insights of his book on AP Bifurcation.
