Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan launched a verbal attack on TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and his party leader Chintamaneni Prabhakar. In an exclusive interview with TV9, Vamsi responded to Prabhakar's recent comments made on the occasion of Chandrababu Naidu's birthday in Gannavaram. Vamsi stated that Prabhakar should take care of his own village first before attacking him. In response to TDP's announcement of strong candidates for the upcoming Assembly election in Gannavaram, Vamsi welcomed the challenge and mentioned that he had asked Nara Lokesh and other TDP leaders to contest from his constituency. He cited examples of other strong leaders like late YSR, Chandrababu Naidu, YS Jagan, and PM Modi who have faced opposition from other parties. Vamsi also made satirical comments about Chintamaneni Prabhakar, alleging that he spends his time engaging in cockfighting and playing cards. He countered Prabhakar's allegations that YSRCP is selling tickets for crores of rupees and shared his experiences of Prabhakar's behavior towards his opponents
