Telangana's Minister for Information Technology and Industry, K T Rama Rao, asserted on Tuesday that Hyderabad is a no-nonsense city with a strong stance against hatred and violence. Speaking at the inauguration of Cisco's permanent office for the Centre of Excellence team in Hyderabad, KTR described the city as a melting pot that welcomes people from all corners of India. The minister also took a dig at the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh, asking Cisco employees from that state how they were allowed to leave under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's watch. "Tell Yogi we are taking very good care of you," KTR quipped.
