The Telangana High Court has adjourned the anticipatory bail plea hearing of YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MP Avinash Reddy until Tuesday, as per a report by Tv9 Telugu. Avinash Reddy's counsel argued that there is no evidence against their client except for the confession made by Dastagiri. The counsel claimed that Dastagiri, who was afraid of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), gave a statement against Bhaskar Reddy and Avinash Reddy. Avinash Reddy is also being named as an accused in the case. The day after Dastagiri was granted bail, the CBI filed a 306 petition and he was made an approver. In response, the CBI's counsel argued that they have more evidence apart from Dastagiri's confession which points towards YS Bhaskar Reddy and YS Avinash Reddy's involvement in the case. The High Court is expected to deliver its verdict on Avinash Reddy's petition by tomorrow afternoon. Meanwhile, Tv9 Telugu reported that the CBI has issued new summons to Avinash
