Hyderabad: YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy has filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Telangana High Court in relation to the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. It is learnt that the petition was filed as a lunch motion petition in the Chief Justice bench and is likely to be heard at 2:30 pm. The court has ordered that complete details of the murder case be placed before them by noon today. Avinash Reddy has been called for questioning by the CBI five times in connection with the case, and there are rumours that he may be arrested. The CBI has sent a notice to Avinash Reddy to appear before them at the Kothi office at 3 pm today for further questioning. Yesterday, CBI officials arrested Avinash Reddy's father, YS Bhaskara Reddy, in connection with the case.
