On April 8, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the second Vande Bharat Express between Telugu States. This high-speed train, numbered 20701, will operate on the Secunderabad-Tirupati route of the South Central Railway (SCR) T18 line. The Indian Railways has already announced the schedule for the train. The Vande Bharat Express will depart from Secunderabad (SC) at 06:00 on April 9 and is scheduled to reach Tirupati (TPTY) at 14:30, with a total travel time of 8 hours and 30 minutes. The train will make stops at four stations along the way, namely Nalgonda, Guntur, Ongole, and Nellore, and will operate daily, except on Tuesdays. The train offers two classes of seating options, namely the Chair Car (CC) and the Executive Class (Ex). The train will cover a distance of 662 kilometers at an average speed of 78 km/h. In addition to the Secunderabad-Tirupati route, the South Central Railway (SCR) will also operate the T18-type Tirupati-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express 20702.
