Tirumala: On Saturday evening, motorists on the crowded Tirumala Ghat road were taken aback when a leopard was spotted drinking water at the 30th turn of the first ghat road. The sight of the big cat was a surprise to everyone and caused a commotion as people stopped to take pictures with their cell phones. The leopard's appearance on the busy road is thought to be due to the extreme heat and scarcity of water in the Seshachalam forest area. As temperatures soar, many animals, including leopards, are leaving the forest area in search of water. Authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution and avoid disturbing the animal. Forest officials have also increased surveillance in the area to ensure the safety of both motorists and the leopard.
