London Incident: Khalistan Supporter Attempting to Remove Indian Flag from High Commission Apprehended
An individual has been apprehended for reportedly causing disturbance at the Indian High Commission's premises in London. This comes after several videos of mobs carrying Khalistan flags had become viral on social media. One of the videos shows a man pulling down the Indian national flag from the Indian High Commission's premises.
In one video capturing the incident, a man is visible on the balcony bringing down the Indian flag. Towards the end of the footage, an individual believed to be an Indian official appears on the balcony from inside the mission and swiftly removes the flag before the protester could inflict further damage.
Following the security breach at the Indian mission, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has taken a firm stance and summoned British Deputy High Commissioner Christina Scott in New Delhi to express its dissatisfaction.
