On the 15th of March, a revolutionary new healthcare initiative will be unveiled in Andhra Pradesh, according to Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Family Doctor concept, which aims to provide personalized healthcare services, will be launched in a village clinic and will eventually be available across all districts. During a review meeting at the CM Camp Office in Tadepalli on Monday, the CM advised officials to ensure an additional doctor is appointed for every 6-7 PHCs to maintain uninterrupted medical services. Jagan Mohan Reddy also expressed his desire for the Aarogyasri referral and services to be included in the Family Doctor's responsibilities. Officials reported that mapping has already been completed, connecting PHCs and 104 ambulances. 676 vehicles are already providing services while 910 vehicles, including 234 new ones, will be utilized for the implementation of the Family Doctor concept. Another 104 vehicles are kept as backup for each district. The Family Doctor will be available at Village Clinics
