Senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader and Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Bachula Arjunudu has passed away at the age of 65. Arjunudu had been unwell for some time and had recently undergone a heart surgery. On Thursday, his health took a turn for the worse, and he passed away while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Vijayawada. The news of his death has shocked TDP leaders and supporters. Bachula Arjunudu was born on July 4, 1957, in Machilipatnam in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. He was the son of Subbaiah and Achamma and had completed his Bachelor of Arts degree. Arjunudu had joined the Telugu Desam Party and served as the president of the Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society from 1995 to 2000. He was also the Chairman of Machilipatnam Municipality from 2000 to 2005.
