An Indian-American Neal Mohan, is set to take over as the new CEO of YouTube after the current head, Susan Wojcicki, announced her departure from the Google-owned company. Neal Mohan, who is currently the chief product officer, joined Google, the parent company of YouTube, in 2008. He is a Stanford graduate and has previous experience working at Microsoft. Neal Mohan and Susan Wojcicki have worked together for almost 15 years, with Neal Mohan becoming YouTube's chief product officer in 2015. In a recent blog post, Susan Wojcicki announced her decision to step down from her role as the head of YouTube after almost 25 years with the company. She stated that she plans to focus on her family, health, and personal projects going forward.
