Komatireddy Venkat Reddy sensational comments on his party
On Tuesday, Telangana Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy predicted a hung Assembly in the state's upcoming elections, with no party securing more than 60 seats in the 119-member Assembly. Venkat Reddy, who is the star campaigner for the party, expects the Congress party to win 40-50 seats, falling short of a majority, unless a miracle occurs.
Venkat Reddy stated that the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Congress, both secular parties, will have to form a coalition to govern. However, he ruled out the possibility of a pre-poll alliance between BRS and Congress, claiming that it would only benefit the BJP.
