Hyderabad: Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, has announced during Legislative Assembly debate on integrated markets that vegetable and non-vegetable markets will be made accessible in every constituency of the state. Emphasizing the importance of clean food, CM KCR stated that the government will take necessary steps for the development of these markets. To address the issue of unhygienic markets, the government is planning to establish state-of-the-art vegetable markets in every constituency. CM KCR said that the Monda market, built during the Nizam's era, has been used as a reference for these new markets and has been shown to all collectors with the suggestion that similar markets should be established in all districts. CM KCR further added that with the goal of having at least one market per population of 2 lakh, the government is striving to make fresh and clean food accessible to all residents of Telangana.
