Despite his punctual arrival dressed in all black, the event was cancelled due to poor communication and inadequate arrangements. This left hundreds of fans, who had come to see their favorite actor and take photos with him, disappointed. The over-excitement of some fans caused a disturbance, leading to Allu Arjun leaving the venue in frustration over the poor organization of the event. The disappointment was so severe that some of the actor's hardcore fans were in tears.
