The President of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), Revanth Reddy, embarked on a padayatra in the state after paying his respects to the forest deities of Sammakka and Saralamma at the Medaram Jatara. The Hath Se Haath Jodo Abhiyan padayatra was launched with a grand welcome by the party cadres, who were joined by Congress MLA Seethakka and other party leaders. Before his visit to Medaram, Revanth Reddy also paid a visit to the Jakaram Gattamma temple and the Sai Baba temple in the Mulugu district, where special pujas were performed. The padayatra will see Revanth Reddy traveling through Kothur, Narlapur, Project Nagar, and other locations, where he will address corner meetings and engage with the local communities. The itinerary for the day will conclude at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ramappa Temple in Palampet.
