Telangana Congress leaders were prevented from visiting the fire-ravaged secretariat and detained by police on Friday. Leaders including Anjan Kumar Yadav, Shabbir Ali, and Mallu Ravi were taken to Goshmahal Police Station. This led to a tense situation at Gandhi Bhavan. Telangana Congress Youth Secretary Shyamala Kiran Kumar Reddy spoke out against the police obstruction, saying that the statements made by Telangana Minister Prashanth Reddy and the police regarding the fire incident were contradictory. He wants to verify the truth and share it with the public. Reddy criticized CM KCR and his government for their allegedly undemocratic approach in preventing the truth from being known.
