Punjab: On Wednesday, a security breach occurred during Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra event in Hoshiarpur, Punjab when a man ran towards Congress MP and hugged him, bypassing the security measures in place. The man was subsequently pushed away by security officials. This incident follows recent allegations made by the Congress party of security breaches during the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Delhi. The party wrote to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, requesting immediate action to ensure the safety of Rahul Gandhi and other participants in the yatra. In response to the security breach claim, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) stated that the security guidelines were violated by Rahul Gandhi during his Bharat Jodo Yatra.
