Actor and politician Nandamuri Tarakaratna met with Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national general secretary Nara Lokesh on Tuesday to discuss various topics, including personal and familial issues as well as current political developments. Tarakaratna has previously campaigned for the TDP and is known for frequently expressing support for the party's top leaders. It is expected that he will run as a candidate in the upcoming Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections. Sources close to the matter revealed that the topic of Tarakaratna's electoral constituency also came up during the meeting with Lokesh. Tarakaratna reportedly assured Lokesh that the Nandamuri family will provide full support to the TDP in the upcoming elections.
