Several injured after train derails in Rajasthan

Rajasthan: In a horrifying incident, several passengers were injured after eight coaches of the Suryanagari Express derailed near Pali in Rajasthan. The incident took place in the early hours of Monday around 3:27 am between the Rajkiawas-Bomadra section of the Jodhpur division.

According to the sources, the train travelling from Bandra Terminus to Jodhpur derailed near Pali after the train left Marwar junction. Several people were injured and no casualties were reported. The relief train also reached the spot within a few minutes after the incident. The injured persons were immediately shifted to the nearby hospitals.
