The President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, stated that technology should be used as a tool of social justice to benefit the poorest of the poor and the remotest locations. She was speaking to the professors and students at the G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science for Women in Hyderabad today, as well as those at the BM Malani Nursing College and Suman Junior College of Mahila Dakshata Samithi. According to the President, women are achieving success in every sector. She claimed to have attended many university convocations. More girls than boys are winning gold medals. Parents shouldn't treat girls differently. She requested them to support them. Women's education will advance society. Not only did it help the girls get employment, but she also encouraged them to advance and help additional people find employment.
