New Delhi: The 63-year-old Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has been admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi today, according to the sources. It is learnt that the minister has been admitted to a private ward of the AIIMS and the reason behind her hospitalisation is not yet known.

It is said that the Minister was shifted to the AIIMS hospital around 12 noon. Minister Nirmala Sitharaman paid floral tributes to former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his birth anniversary yesterday. More details regarding her hospitalisation are awaited.
