Delhi liquor scam updates: K Kavitha's name surfaced in another charge sheet!
The CBI has recently questioned BRS MLC K Kavitha, the daughter of Telangana CM KCR, about the Delhi liquor scandal. Her statement was recorded by the CBI at her Banjara Hills residence.
In the midst of these developments, MLC Kavitha's name reappeared in the Enforcement Directorate's chargesheet submitted to the Delhi High Court. Magunta Srinivas Reddy's name was included in the charge sheet along with Kavitha and others.
The name Kavitha first emerged in Amit Arora's remand report. This time, it is claimed that Sameer Company and her alleged shares are linked to BRC MLC.
Along with the various activities of the accused working together, ED has provided the Delhi High Court with a thorough chargesheet of 181 pages.
