Actress Kangana Ranaut reportedly asked for permission to film inside Parliament for her upcoming movie, "Emergency." According to a news report, she sent a letter to the Lok Sabha Secretariat, and their decision on her request is still pending. The actor-director is unlikely to receive permission on it, the source continued. Everyone was astonished by her letter. There is no precedent for granting permission to a private party to shoot inside Parliament for private work, sources said media sources, but state broadcasters Doordarshan and Sansad TV are usually permitted to do so.
