Vemulawada: A young woman cheated an elderly woman by administrating anaesthesia and robbed a gold chain from her and the incident took place in Vemulawada, Rajanna Sircilla. According to the sources, the victim identified as Saroja visited Vemulawada temple and the accused identified as Hema administered anaesthesia to the old woman and theft Mangalsutra from her. The visuals were recorded on CCTV cameras in which the accused has seen taking the elderly woman along with her. Police said that they have arrested the accused along with another person who supported her. Police said that the accused pledged the gold at Manappuram Finance.
