A child became trapped in an elevator in a Greater Noida community on Friday evening, becoming the second such occurrence to occur in Delhi-NCR in a week. No complaint or FIR has yet been filed in this matter, but Bisrakh police are investigating it. The claimed event took place at Nirala Aspire society. The child in issue is allegedly seen trying to force open the elevator doors in CCTV footage of the incident, but to no effect. He also seems to be yelling and pounding its walls in an effort to get attention for his condition. The reports state that a man nearby overheard the boy's screams. He informed the management, who promptly protected the youngster from harm.
