The Telangana SIT has issued notices to YSRCP rebel MP Raghurama Krishna Raju in connection with a case related to the poaching of TRS MLAs. The notices were served under Section 41A CrPC. He was asked to appear before the SIT on the 29th of this month. The Narsapuram MP has reportedly not yet received the notice. In the meantime, the SIT on Wednesday submitted a request to the ACB Court asking for police to detain the three defendants, Ramachandra Bharathi, Nanda Kumar, and Simhayaji, for a week of questioning. The case was scheduled for orders on Thursday by the court.
