Sri Satya Sai: Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister RK Roja visited the historical and UNESCO tentative listed Lepakshi temple and offered prayers to the presiding deity. The temple authorities welcomed the minister as per the rituals and explained to her the greatness of the temple. She took some pictures and expressed happiness after visiting the temple. Speaking to the media, she said that the YS Jagan-led government is developing the temple and the works worth Rs 5.5 crore are going in and around the temple. She assured that the tourism department along with the state government will develop the temple as a tourist and spiritual destination.
