RK Roja, the minister of tourism for the state of Andhra Pradesh, asserted that some of her own party's leaders had been supporting the Jana Sena and opposition TDP in an effort to discredit her. According to an alleged audio leak, the minister claimed that while she works hard for the party, some of its leaders are attempting to undermine her in her constituency and damage the party's reputation. Roja broke down emotionally and said it would be difficult for her to stay in politics if such people remained in the party. RK Roja claimed that it hurts to witness how these leaders target her and constantly stir up tension inside her.
