Guntur: Police arrested Mahaa News MD Vamsi Krishna and other journalists who are silently protesting before the CID office, Guntur against the arrest of senior journalist Ankababu (73). Journalists raised comments against the police and CM YS Jagan demanded to arrest the gold smugglers. Speaking to the media, Mahaa News MD Vamsi Krishna asked the journalists to fight against the illegal arrests of journalists and requested to save the democracy in the state. It is known that the CID police arrested senior journalist Anakababu citing he allegedly forwarded messages against the state government.
