Telangana's Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) addressed a clarion call to the populace, urging them to get ready to reject attempts by communal elements to sow unrest there. In response to remarks made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on September 17 at Hyderabad's Parade Ground, Telangana Chief Minister KCR urged the populace to be wary of conspiracies to defame Telangana's past, sabotage peace, and degrade its culture for political gain. In a previous attack on the TRS administration, led by CM KCR, Union Home Minister Amit Shah claimed that certain people were afraid to observe September 17 as Telangana Liberation Day. He urged people to get rid of their fears and made it clear that Rajakars could no longer make national decisions because India gained freedom 75 years ago.
