He wrote an emotional tweet in which he said that 24 years had passed in the space of just 24 hours. For the past 1.5 years, the 41-year-old tennis player has had trouble maintaining his form. He previously underwent knee surgery as well. Great rival Rafael Nadal has supplanted Federer as the most successful male grand slam singles player of all time. Nadal now has 22 titles, while Novak Djokovic has 21.
