Government whip for Andhra Pradesh, Prasad Raju, stated that the state government is committed to the concept of establishing three capitals for the state. Before the State Assembly convenes tomorrow (15 September), the Chief Whip stated that the proposals on capitals are welcomed by the state's citizens.
