According to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao(KCR) in the state Assembly, the Andhra Pradesh government owes Rs 17,000 crore to Telangana and asked the centre to provide the rest except the electricity dues. CM KCR has demanded that the Center should instruct Andhra Pradesh to pay his state the remaining debts after Telangana was told to pay over Rs 6,000 crore in back taxes to the Centre. Telangana Chief Minister urged the government to take the initiative to clear the dues to Telangana. 'If my calculations are false, I will resign immediately'. CM KCR has thrown a challenge to PM Modi led NDA government.
