Karnataka: In a tragic incident, at least nine people were killed and 13 others injured severely in a road accident. The incident took place near Kalambella in Karnataka in the early hours of Thursday. According to the reports, a speeding tempo collided a lorry and nine died on the spot. After getting the information, the police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to the nearby hospital. It is learnt that the deceased identified as the residents of Raichur district and are daily wage workers. The incident happened when they headed toward Bengaluru and 24 passengers are in the tempo when the incident took place.
