The Chief Justice of India, who visited his home state in that position, is being honoured by the AP government with an official lunch. The lunch has been planned by the chief minister, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Along with State Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan, high court judges were also invited. The nine-story Vijayawada civil courts complex was opened earlier today by the Chief Justice of India (CJI). When CJI Ramana visited Vijayawada for the first time after taking over as CJI in the past, he met CM YS Jagan. The ruling state government also organised a gathering in his honour.
